1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including cellophane wrapping, seals, and branded boxes).
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used perfumes.
- Clearance or discounted sale items (unless defective).
- Gift cards and digital products.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for unused and sealed products.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery of returns.
